Reverse osmosis (RO) seawater desalination technology separates fresh water from seawater by the selective permeable membrane, which has been widely applied in the field of municipal, electric power, petrochemical industry, iron and steel and other fields due to its various advantages of low investment, energy saving and short construction period.

Shanghai Electric Water Engineering Company (SWE) has been engaged in continuous technical innovation and engineering application. Technical advantages

SWE has a leading position in the system design, equipment integration, installation, commissioning and O&M. Hebei Fengnan Fengyue Energy 75,000 m3/d RO EPC project which owns the largest plant capacity record in the domestic iron and steel industry currently.

Through continuous research and accumulation of engineering experience, SWE has the capability to design the RO unit capacity of 15,000 m³/d. The RO plant solution can provide reliable and cost effective high quality of fresh water and reduce the CAPEX & OPEX index through designing suitable pretreatment process and optimizing the system structure and control function according to the raw water quality.
